Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped. If you wish to modify or cancel your order after payment, please contact us within 12 hours of your purchase. Once the packaging and shipping process has begun, cancellations are no longer possible.

Return and Refund Policy

We are committed to offering high-quality products. If you receive a defective product, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a refund. The following conditions apply:

• The item must be returned in its original condition and with all accessories.

• A restocking fee of 25% of the purchase price will be deducted from the refund to cover restocking and processing costs.

• The refund will be issued once we have received and inspected the returned product.

Non-Eligible Refund Conditions

Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:

• Returns due to reasons other than defects (e.g., incorrect shipping address, personal dissatisfaction, or order errors made by you).

• Returned products that are found to be functional after inspection.

Refund Request Procedure

For any claim, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery if the product is damaged or defective.

For all other refund requests, please submit a request through our contact page within 15 days following the end of the delivery guarantee period (45 days).
